A FEW WORDS FROM JOHN ABOUT DIABOLO

Diabolo can play a positive role in healthy lifestyle. If you are following a regimented diet and experience food cravings, a few sips of a refreshing Diabolo beverage is all you need to silence your taste buds. With only 7 grams of carbohydrates per serving in the form of natural cane sugar, Diabolo will satisfy your hunger and give you just enough fuel to boost your energy without overloading your system. When it comes time to exercise, I find Diabolo Loco works best as a pre-workout beverage. The energy-boosting ingredients will give you the motivation and intensity required to burn fat and get results at the gym. I recommend drinking a half can of Diabolo Loco about a half hour before you exercise. You can sip the other half a can while you exercise or save it for later – Diabolo never seems to lose its fizz.

Renegade Row

The Renegade Row is one of the most effective core-directed strength training techniques because it rolls three exercises into one! The Renegade Row combines a push up, a plank row and mountain climbers.

TO START
Start by placing two dumbbells next to each other on the floor. Women performing this exercise for the first time should start with 10 pound weights and 20 pounds is good for men. Both dumbbells should be situated vertically and located directly under your shoulders. Next, grab the handles and get into the push up position.

ACTION
As you squeeze the dumbbells tightly, complete a standard push up. After you return to the starting position, perform a plank row by lifting one dumbbell up towards your torso in a pulling motion. Slowly lower the weight back to floor and repeat on the other side. The last portion of this exercise involves two left and right knee drives. One-by-one, drive each knee to the same side elbow.

TIPS

  • Make sure you keep your body in a straight line by squeezing your butt and abdominals at the same time. Your shoulders and hips should always remain square.
  • Keep your feet wide to help you maintain a stable base.
  • Your neck should be in alignment with your spine.
