First, I offer a 50-minute free consultation session where we discuss your particular issues and goals.

Next, we set up a series of consultations, beginning with 2 sessions a month for 3 months (total of 6 sessions), as well as reasonable email contact to discuss anything you need to work through between sessions. The fee for these sessions is $95/month.

Sessions are available in-person or over Zoom. 

If you feel like you want more sessions after that, we offer extensions for a discounted price.
